When will an item be available? Why is it often sold out?

We thank you for your support and patience. We are able to produce limited quantities at the time, as all our pieces are carefully sewn by a few local seamstresses only. But don’t worry, we restock regularly: sign up to our newsletter to be notified. You can also find out more about our production on this page.

What size should I order?

UNDERWEAR: our sizes go from XS to XL. Stay true to your size. Our underwear will slightly stretch when on and wear comfortably. We use the same sizing for our bras. We think of them as little tops, so choose yours based on your top size and size up only if you really need extra cup space.

Here's the indicative measurements that will fit our sizes:

SWIMWEAR: our sizes go from XS to XL. You may follow our underwear directions for our frilled bikini set. For all other styles from The Laguna Collection, please refer to the size recommendations that you can find on each product page. Most of them are meant to be tighter and more secure on the body, so we recommend sizing up if you're in between sizes.

How do I wash them?

We recommend to always follow our washing instructions.

Wash your silk underwear by hand using the appropriate detergents (mild water is recommended). Wash colours separately and avoid exposing to direct sunlight. Please consider that silk is as beautiful as it is delicate, so it will require some extra maintenance.

Do you ship internationally? How much does shipping cost?

Yes, we ship worldwide using UPS Standard / FedEx Express from Italy. Please see our Shipping and Returns page for all details regarding shipping. Shipping is free on orders over 250€.

Can I cancel my order?

If you’ve made a mistake or would like to make any changes to your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will be glad to help. Remember that we’ll only be able to modify/cancel your order before it has been shipped.
