When will an item be available? Why is it always sold out?
We thank you for your support and patience. We are able to produce limited pieces at the time, as all our frilled sets need to go through Alice's hands, making the process longer. You can find out more about our production on our sustainability page.
What size should I order?
We make our pieces in XS, S, M and L. Stay true to your size. Our underwear will stretch when on and will wear comfortably. We use the same sizing for our bras. We think of them as little tops, so choose yours based on your top size and size up only if you really need extra cup space.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally from Italy using FedEx.
We currently ship to the following countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Canada, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Republic of Moldova, Republic of Korea, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Philippines, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Turkey, United Kingdom, United States.
Each destination listed above will have a different price that will be shown once the check-out procedure has started.
We always provide a tracking number and personally prepare each package with our best care, but full shipping will ultimately be out of our control.
Please take into account that products shipped outside of Europe could be subject to custom fees and import duties depending on the custom regulations of your country. These fees will be fully charged to the customer.
How long does it take for shipping?
Shipping within Italy usually takes 1-2 business days after the courier's pick-up. The cost for domestic shipping is 7€.
Shipping outside of Italy depends from the destination. It usually takes between 1-7 business days after the courier's pick-up. For further informations please contact us, we could be able to be more detailed based on our previous experience shipping to your country.
Please consider that although we do our best to ship your package as soon as your order is complete, it may take 2-4 business days for your order to be processed. Timings can only be indicative and may vary under circumstances that we cannot predict.
When you receive your tracking number, you can use the FedEx website to track your items.
PLEASE NOTE: due to the current Covid-19 situation, shippings may expect unpredictable delays.
What happens if I'm not home when the package is being delivered?
FedEx will attempt to deliver your package at your address two/three times. If the courier still finds you unavailable, your package will be brought to your local FedEx facility, where it will be kept for a few more days (please always check your tracking number in order to know where your package is located, or call your country’s FedEx customer service to reschedule your delivery). If no one picks up the package, it will be finally sent back to us. In this case, the new and second delivery will fully be at the customer’s expense.
Can I exchange or return my items?
Due to hygiene reasons, all purchases are final and items cannot be exchanged or refunded. You can find more legal informations about this topic on the "Directive 2011/83 of the European Parliament and of the Council, Article 16.
In the uncommon case in which the item you’ve received is faulty, please contact us and we will shortly get back to you in order to help and find the best solution.
How do I wash them?
We recommend to always follow the washing instructions.
Wash your silk by hand with the appropriate detergents being careful not to use hot water (30° recommended). Before purchasing, please consider that silk is as beautiful as it is delicate, so it will need some extra care. Wash each colour separately and avoid direct exposure to the sunlight.
Can I cancel my order?
If you’ve made a mistake or would like to make any change in your order, contact us as soon as possible and we will be glad to help. Remember that we’ll only be able to modify/cancel your order before it has been shipped.
How can I pay for my order?
On our website we accept payments made through Stripe.
Stripe will allow you to use your card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB) and to pay with other payment methods such as ApplePay and GooglePay.

Will an item be back in stock?
Sometimes they will, however some items happen to be in limited edition or to be made out of dead-stock fabrics. In such case, we can’t assure that the item will be back in stock for a second time. If you have a specific question about an item of your interest, don’t hesitate to contact us.
